Returns & refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
